i have found when i put my shinner down the hole it swims up side down til below the sinker also i find my shiner swimming back up the hole even when the sinker is 2 feet below the ice is this normal or should i be using a bigger sinker just worried with a bigger sinker shinner wont be able to swim freely

Clip the bottom of the rear fin and anel fin if needed.Also gives the minnow wounded look.
