homemade ice saw?

Hello, anyone have plans or details for a ice saw? Teeth angle, offset, etc.
I am thinking a leaf spring, plasma cutter and grinder would work?

I blacksmith and have been thinking of makeing one my self too. The leaf spring should work good. :)
