Make sure you get your tags bought and installed before 1/1/19. Yes that means everyone who uses a ATV on the ice. Not sure if snowmobiles are the same, I don't own one. Not that I care but having a rider on your ATV is a no no also, dumb law in my opinion.

Thanks for heads up just bought a sled waiting on seller to get a new title.

You made comment about no riders this past Sunday at Clearlake there was a ranger with 5 or 6 people in and on it pulling a shack with people in it. I would say 7-8 people was involved.

Only one person per seat in Iowa. Obviously with side x sides you can run 2-6 people.

ONLY  if the ATV came from the factory with a two up seat AND foot rests for the second person.  After market 2 person seats do NOT change the original capacity as stated on the registration paperwork.

You can tow as many folks as your machine will pull.  Yes I agree, dumb law for low speed situations.  Good law if you want to race 45-60 MPH, in which case helmets should be required as they are in some areas.
take care,
Dave  :>)
