Yo Guys & Gals,
Yes it was tasty. I deep fried it and cut up an Idaho into french fries to go with it
I fished the Pond yesterday afternoon for a couple of hours from my access ramp at Blind Creek Road. Once out beyond the rubble ice l wished I hadn't accessed from my ramp
Too much snow cover on the East side.
Good news. My friend, Ice John is coming to the Team Perch Tournament. He has hosted me on East. Port. Bay and was most. knowledgeable of his home ice.

Yo Hunts 2 long,

How are things on the Great Sacandaga ?
Are you still getting out on the ice my friend?  I will be joining you soon in the 3/4 of a century club. As I recall you are the original dihard. I pray you are in good health and hope you will share some of your fishing lore on the Great Sacandaga with us from time to time.

Yo Guys & Gals,

Had a beautiful sunset today. I didn't get on the ice today so no report. We used to get some beautiful pictures of. Sandy Pond sunsets from SandyPonder. I wonder of Liz is still capturing them and might post one of them for us to enjoy..

Hello everyone. Out of towner here. I camp up there a lot during the summer and fish the smaller ponds surrounding sandy but have never fished the sandy pond. Hoping to come up that way soon but not sure where you can park. Any one have any suggestions? Would really appreciate it and good luck in your fishing and tournament that I’m reading about.

Hi all. Well here we are, Christmas Eve Day. I hope and wish that everybody gets to relax and enjoy friends and family. That good old Santa, leaves a gift for us all. Peace on Earth? sounds good but maybe not reality. So maybe we can all turn off the hate and smile a little. MERRY CHRISTMAS from the Bateman family.

Yo Guys & Gals,

Going to take a break here and enjoy my huge family for Christmas.

I will close with this picture and my observation of it. yesterday's temperatures had there way. Yup!  That's open water you see at the bottom of the Wig-Wam ramp. No other report coming till we get some cold weather, next year.
