ct river coves

   With all this warm weather does anyone know how the coves of the ct river with ice?
Eveyone has to believe in something, I believe I'll have another drink

Be VERY careful...that tide moves in and suddenly your 20' from shore on an ice island! I would stick to the lakes and ponds that are tight right now. Have fun/be safe. You might want to post this question on CTF for more exact info on the coves as a lot of guys were out this weekend, maybe some dared to hit the coves.

I would hold off until atleast this weekend to venture onto the coves.  The river came up alot after all that rain we had.  Temps in the teens this week should lock things up again

Yup, the coves are shot at the moment. There is ice out there but the edges are gone. Fear not, it won't take long to firm up again....
