Ice in Highland?

Just wonderin if anybody knows if there's enough ice on Highland to fish yet.

Last week, before this past bout of warm weather, i went and checked out Highland.  There was >3" at the boat launch, but the further i moved out, it kept decreasing, until i stopped going at ~1.5" about 30 yds off the launch.  I ended up going to Colebrook to stand on the 2.5" that was there.  After this warm weather, i'm going to go with no on the safe ice.
