Got around 10 crappie in a couple hours today, they weren't 'ON FIRE' but its nice to be getting out.

Anyone else getting out here in the Ontario section?

28’-30’, 9” good ice.

Thank you for the crappie depth info, looks like business as usual.  9" ice is what I found everywhere earlier in the week, nice clear ice to begin with, that is a good thing.

Yes, good thing for sure, that cold snap made us three inches. This weekend should see a few more venturing out, especially with the mild weather, hope everyone(including myself)stay sensible.

LOL....no snowblowing practice needed here, but thanks for the offer! Roloff is still around, he's over 10 years old now so his snow machine chasing days are OVER, like me he struggles to get off the couch these days. He does better in the summer months now and still loves his swimming. Are are some pics from this year.
