That's the norm on our lake.
I only keep a meal or 2 and release the rest. We don't pillage.

Get out and about folks.  I'm venturing week 12 on a 6 day assault.
My guess is 4 more good weeks left before you have to search good ice.
I'll be toast by then and looking at striper gear

Yup I get burnt out by the end of February. Well keep at um I'm the same way catch a few for a meal and pass some along to my ole buddy who can't get out anymore.

Thanks nice bass there too. Caught it on a perch color tungsten jig on my ultralight it was a great fight.

My buddy John and I's catch yesterday. Sodus bay nice day 80 fish between the 2 of us and all over 8 inches was a great day hit 80 and they stopped biting fished from 630am-1230pm in 15.5 fow away from the crowd. Was a great day got on fish and got on them early. Was a great early bite.
