If I understood the lead in correctly, that was from last year...they didn't have safe enough ice to film on this past week.

That was not a last years show. I think they said elsewhere was sketchy ice so they came to the UP.

Thanks for sharing this video as we have not heard of this program!  There has been enough ice on small lakes in the southern U.P. and northern WI since deer season.  It just the last warm up week that we decided not to go out.

If you have internet connection, you can go on youtube and search for them.  Many videos will come up.  Since watching that video, I have been thinking more about locating fish cribs that the DNR has put in various lakes over the years.
