I stumbled upon these while browsing eBay. They're called "Flash-J Shad" from a Japanese company called "Fish Arrow". I was really impressed by how realistic they look. They come in 2",3",4", and 5" lengths. I ended up ordering some of the 2" in colors #02 and #06.



Here's the colors.

from what I can see they would cost aprox $23.49 a pack  LOL thats alot of live minnows

Nah, I paid $12 for a pack of 8 + $6 shipping.

I just got them. I'm going to use a size 1 weighted jig hook and try and catch some Walleye on them.

There is a Canadian company called LunkerHunt that won best soft plastic at ICAST 2012 for their bento box and it looks almost exactly like that

In my experience, action is far more important than the best paint job in the world! I do spent too much on indivisible lures, but that is because they have a action that others lures do not... Example; Chubby Darters... Our visual acuity is said to be 14xs that of a fishes, but there ability to see/feel movement in the water is much better than we know...
