Recipe Effingham Sandwich (Yellow Perch Caught in Effingham NH)

So we went out in search of White Perch the other day and ended up only catching one dink yellow.

Because we are trying to catch and eat every species of fish in NH www.catch-m-all.com
and our rules dictate that we MUST eat the first example of a species we catch we had no choice but to eat this little perch.
We were fishing Leavitt Bay on Ossipee in EFFINGHAM NH...

Here is the recipe we came up with

Effingham Sandwich
Take one effingsmall fish, bread and fry it..


pull the meat off the bones, put the meat on a kaiser roll with an effingpiece of ham (because we need protein) and top with Barbeccue sauce and enjoy your effingsandwich.

haha, thats a great name for it. bet it was wicked good! what a crappy day fishing this w/e tho chased more wind flags than real fish and only pulled one small yellow perch aswell.
