once you add a floor, you have to carry a fire extinguisher in the boat. cops check for it too. holds gas fumes.

if you are trying to make a flat floor on a V shaped floor, you'll need some thing solid like ply wood. i used 3/4" and made center supports to keep the flex out.
maybe 1/2" or 3/8" might work. make sure its exterior grade so the glue holds up to being wet. i added marine carpet to mine.

you could use aluminum to keep it light weight, takes lots a cash for that.

If you've got a Harbor Freight nearby, get a set of their rubber "tiles".  They come four to a pack, and will cover a 4 X 4 area for about $9.  They're relatively light weight and have jig-saw edges so they hook together nicely.

If your referring to a Frabill Trekker 2 this solution may work well.
I made a floor for my Eskimo 949i using Tempered Hardboard comes in 4x8 sheets 1/8" thick. Weight less than 20# per sheet. Home Depot carries the hardboard. Completed 3 seasons and still going strong. My floor is 8x8 held together with piano hinges. I used 8/32 x 3/8" screws on the hinges 154 of them. Link to Home Depot. http://www.homedepot.com/p/Unbranded-1-8-in-x-4-ft-x-8-ft-S2S-MDF-Tempered-Hardboard-127320/202820158

Here are a couple of photos

Very wet and slippery in front of heater without the floor.

Floor in place, one 10" hole drilled one un-drilled, much warmer and always dry.

Floor folded in my garage has 8 holes. 4ea 4x4 panels. I set it up in my garage to dry, if it curls, I lay it flat on the floor straightens it right out. Even dry's when below -10f outside, garage much warmer.

Thanks guys for trip ideas. Just going to do the base of the sled I think I'm going to use tempered board  and just velcro  it to the base. Only reason  doing it is because the  nuts and the bolts are sticking  up from the hyfax I installed.  Thanks again lads

I just cut a piece of Refectic to fit and it works great. It also insulates and deadends the noise. Also only weighs a couple of ounces.

What is Refectic? Do you mean foil faced insulation?

i read that too.
plasti-dip followed by white paint.
seamed like a lot of energy and material went into changing the color of the bottom of the tub that you never see, except to load/unload.
its already water proof.
