need help with camera
« on: Feb 25, 2007, 05:20 PM »
I just bought a Aqua view scout 2 a couple weeks ago, it is great for the most part. The only problem that I have is that when I have the camera down a hole that is within so far about five feet of my jigging hole the fish are timmid and wont bite, if I take the camera out they start byting. The camera is like a big bluegill, would this scare the fish?  Anybody have any ideas?
Thanks
Nate

Yes I am in a shanty , I have tried in there and outside the shanty, I thought about maybe disguising it as a log or weeds.

I fish Crystal a lot which is pretty clear, and I have had gills and perch come right up to the camera even bump into  it.  I do have the Blue Gill also.   How long have you had your camera??I have had two cameras and never thought that they scared the fish.

I don't feel the camera stinks because it's fun while perch fishing.but if I could only have one I would get the vex first.

You know actually that could be a factor. If your camera actually does stink, the fish may be offended by the odor!
