Was wondering if you made it up to the Chain of Lakes last weekend to try it out?
I'm new to this forum and glad I found it!!
I'm taking my camper back up to Branch County Campground Monday (01-29-07) and heading back home on Wed.
so I'll let everyone know how the ice looks.

Just came back form the coldwater cahin of lakes, we fished on long lake, but we didnt stray to far from shore. Ice was around 3 inches.

Went out on First Lake here on the chain and got afew Bluegill, Sure had fun with my new Vexilar FL-20.
The ice was 11.5 to 12 inches ,,, Sure like the power auger.
This is my first try at posting a picture.

Looks like it might work!  ;D
