Thickest ice you have cut through this Year?

What’s the thickest ice you have found and cut through this year?  And what lake was it on.

I'd guess about 14" on Chaumont on Friday. Doesn't sound like a lot, until you drill 9 or 10  holes by hand. My arm was tired all weekend.

6" + 4" + 8" last weekend on White lake, Sullivan County. The first 6" was hard packed snow ice and then the drill dropped down through 4 inches of slush before it drilled 8" of black ice. Depending upon where you fished on the lake and if the sun hit that spot you could be standing on top with no slush problem or sinking down a foot in slop.
If I agreed with you we would both be wrong!
