2 through the ice at Red

"Currently the sheriffs department is looking for Melissa Siedenstricker and Zeth Knyphausen. They were last seen Saturday, November 25th at Rogers Bar on Red Lake. They rented a sleeper cabin at Rogers for the weekend. When the sleeper was checked this morning, all of their belongings and personal items were still in the ice house. The truck was found down by the lake, but the trailer and four wheeler have not yet been located. The four wheeler is a Polaris 500 and it's camo with a diamond plate around the back rack. There would be an R in the middle of the diamond....the wheeler could possibly have a small trailer behind it. "

Sounds like at this point they found the wheeler and trailer at the bottom of the lake, they're sending out a dive team now. Be safe out there guys, keep their families in your thoughts and if you have any knowledge of the situation please contact the sheriff in the area.

I read the article this morning at that time they had not found the atv but my mind when straight to going through the ice. I hope they made it out ok and it's just a water logged atv to worry about.

Sad. I just read a recent update. doesn't look good. My heart felt condolences to the families of these two young people.

Just read that they have recovered 2 bodies and a atv  from the lake. Very sad day. Sympathies to the two families.

Scary stuff. Was just out there this last weekend on a wheeler. We didn't venture to far out due to reports of bad ice conditions. Had a solid 8 inches where we were at.
