Has anybody been ice fishing on Swan lake this season?  If so, where and what were you fishing for.

I'll go next week if you'd like to meet up for it.  Can't go on Saturdays or Sundays.  Those are derby days.  Let me know if care to try it.
wish you many hook-ups

I'm game, pick the day and lets go there ready for whatever is biting.  Maybe SNYDS and damanfrgr want to join in the fun.  I have never fished that lake through the ice.  But when I fished it on a boat, my wife and I snagged into a few pike.

I would like to go with you guys. I would be going to school though. I have only fished for pan and koks. I think I am going to try Bitterroot while you guys are away this weekend.

Study hard and become successful so you can finance all your fishing trips.  Then you probably won't have to use spell check like I do.

I won't be able to fish during the week Quant...

Also, wvmountaineer meant he would be learning how to fish for the other types of fish through the ice, i.e. going to school....  I laughed when I read your interpretation of his post, which was perfectly valid.  I just know wvmountaineer isn't in school..like college or high school...

My bad. I was just looking for a way to ask to go with you guys , and meant I haven't been ice fishing very long, and have only fished for koks and perch. It would be fun to fish for other species. In the summer months its flyfishing catch and release.
