Willow lake by Woodbine

Anyone here ice fished willow before? I went up there early fall to camp, first time ever there, and I was impressed by the fishing it has to offer. After nightfall one night I caught 5 nice catfish between 6 and 12 pounds.

i ice fished it 4 years ago, was my first time.  no electronics, no fancy gadgets.  just figured out a pattern that worked for them.  beware of the springs on that lake tho.  the cabins were decent.  nice place to stay with friends.

what were you catching through the ice and where at on the lake if you dont mind me asking

big blue gills out in the main bay.  trees came up thru the ice so fish near those.

I haven't ice fished it yet but 8 did fish it this summer, clear water and decent crappie, good cat while as well

I didnt have any luck for crappie, lotta bass though. And I caught 1 nice 11" redear sunny
