I accidently went to this one time last year, what a mistake. wear bright orange or something that glows like a musky lure, and maybe you won't be run over by a drunk on a sled doing 90 mph 30 ft from your shanty. Last year dnr guy was getting writters cramps on tickets. It was truly amaizing that any fish woul be in that shallow cove with all the activity on top. I witnessed a man (with his 3 kids ) come out of his shanty waving a gaf hook at a sled driver after he came through, ran over his tip-up, that was only 30 ft. from his shanty. hE TOLD ME , He told me he was glad he was not carrying would have been carrying,   All that said, I just wish the sled guys, had to either stay off the cove by whites, or leave their nitris at home, it seemed very unsafe, even if you are protected by your Shapell baggie. I would no more go to Holloway on the 4th and try to fish and not get killed by a drunk boater pulling a skier and playing dodge-fisherman. It sounds like some of you enjoyed it, I did not, if you go, please be safe. DID CATCH A FEW THOUGH.
