Well got the sxs doors and windsheild and rear window installed, went and grabbed the mail and there was no noise from vibration of the windows and no dust. Then went to the lake and caught one walleye. Would be nice to catch more than one fish but better than a skunk. Glad everyone is having a good time and hopefully all the yard work and maintenance goes well for everyone. Have a good one eveeyone.

Good evening, still in the middle sixties outside as I type this post enjoying the dry Spring weather while it lasts . The seeding meeting for NY. Section Nine Boy's lacrosse sectional championships was yesterday need to do a search to find which teams will be playing in opening round of tournament in the four classes (based on high school population) . Section Nine only had one team competing as a class D school this year so they will advance to opening round of state tournament. This high school's boy's lacrosse history looks great and like the school has a strong program when reality is that for several years they have been the only class D (smallest population ) school in our section.
Ice Wanderer nice gesture with the Welcome Home sign for your neighbor.  May the lawn mowing have gone well today. Best wished for you and neighbor/boss with the deck staining tomorrow.
Hunt2 long happy to read your wife's health has improved and know she may now be back at home where she came hopefully get more hours of sleep each day. Nice that Lindsay had the unused Snow day so was able to take last Friday off and get out in her canoe. may she and the students enjoy the trip to Herkimer Diamond mine.
Wallyworld glad the weather in your area was good for the bike ride and you got to enjoy some ice cream. Thank you for posting the photos of DEC stocking operation for larger lakes .
Eddie i hope you enjoyed the ball games/games and young grandchildren's teams won their games. Sounds like your off to a good start with the garden. smart thinking to do more hardening -off before finishing planting if the high temperatures forecast hold true.
OldSailor may the fog have lifted before noontime, and you have the second raised bed cleaned out. I agree the vessel used by NY. DEC for fishing stocking on larger lakes with deep water does look like a repurpose military landing craft.
IFF hope you see an extended break from the rain soon so you can get your garden planted. May you have a good visit with Linda's youngest son.

Have a good Sunday everyone.
   Steve

Good morning ER's!! Foggy as heck right now!! Waiting for it to clear off and dry a little sol I can clean out my other raised bed. (I have two) I got my first one cleaned out ant 3 maters planted. Still have to put down newspaper and mulch! The one I'm going to work on today is going to be planted with bell peppers. Each raised bed looks like a bottomless watering trough. 6'LX2'WX3'D!! At my age and condition, it's slow and easy wins the race!!  :flex: ;)2 Pat, that looks like an old landing craft they're loading the fisheries truck on! @) Everyone stay safe and be well!! :flex:

Good Morning Everyone,
Calm and cloudy 55* start this am, might see a shower, high in the mid 60’s today.

FH4..hope the children’s play went well last evening! Good luck with the rest of the new parts.
Steve….very sad news on the high schoolers.
Jeff…nice touch with Welcome Home poster for the neighbors, bet they enjoyed that!   Hope your day goes well, some above average warm weather moving in starting tomorrow for the next week.
H2…thank you for sharing your wife’s update, so glad she has rebounded and is doing well. Keeping her in thoughts and prayers and hoping for an early discharge today!
Wally…thanks for sharing the DEC pictures and info, that’s so cool how they go about stocking the trout!

Couple errands to get out of the way this morning before heading off to ballpark. I planted a few peppers and tomatoes yesterday but held off on the rest of the plants with the high temperatures forecasted. I’ll harden the rest of them off to adjust with the high temps throughout the week. Might be close to touching 90 for a day or two… :woot:
  Cawfee’s still on…
Have a great day all, be safe, best of luck to those fishing!

OS......the walleye was a bit of a surprise for me too  :roflmao:

FH4......enjoy your weekend  @)

Thanks for the birthday wishes, much appreciated   Forgot to mention the DEC was stocking browns Thursday when we were at the lake, they drive their trucks onto a barge and take the 8" fish out in deep water to give them a chance against the cormorants

No plans yet, taking the day as it comes today  @)

Have a good day. Stay safe, stay healthy.

56* and light rain.

WW, hope you enjoyed your Birthday, sorry I missed it.

Wife is doing very well, was told she "may" be coming home today. Her oxygen level has returned to normal. She can't wait to get home so she can get some sleep.

Mr. C, sorry here about the car accident.

Eddie, it is nice that the hospital is only a 20 minute drive and we both agree that there are better doctors down in the city. The doctor was telling us yesterday that because the wife's "baseline" is so much different from what they normally see they don't like to take any chances with her, but from the treatments she has been getting they do know how to handle it and she has improved.

Lindsay had an un-used "snow day" on Friday and spent it out on Mayfield Lake in her canoe. Monday she is going to Herkimer Diamond mine with a class trip. She loves that place and took the kids often when they were younger.

Hope everyone has a good day and be safe....h2l

OS............How is your raised bed doing? ???
Yesterday i took the the day to do for myself, I got some more summer wood and i got my lawn mowed. Then I made a welcome home poster

Tomorrow we plan on staining the Trout Lake deck
