yeah, I just got mine.  it's ok...not $28 worth for sure.  The jigs are TINY...like sunfish sized. NONE of the eyelets are pierced (common, but my cheapo jigs are done right...these are supposed to be handpainted?!)..so when you pierce them (I was carefull, used a sewing needle, took almost 1 hr to punch them all) most of the paint comes off the jig head.

many of the jigs/spoons are only painted on one side?!!

the spoon style are TINY!

I've yet to catch anything on them...not the worst looking thing I've bought...but in my opinion not worth the money.  The whole package is about the size of a CD case.

hooks seem good though.

I bought them on high praise from the users on here....I would have to disagree.

Ahhh, compared to what? I have always found JamminJigs to be a great value. Though I have only purchased panfish jigs from them. There is another thread here today that is touting panfish jigs that are $3.49 apiece. Now that's beginning to get pricey!

were yours painted on both sides?

size about right for walleye?

were you line eyelets "hand painted" over?

$28 for that package seem like a good price to you?

I'm a little soured on my Jammin' jigs...but if one pulls in a lunker, you can be sure I'll eat my words with tartar sauce ;)

looks like a great kit and I would say well worth the price..... as far as the guy complaining about the size of the jigs.... well.... every single one of Jammin Jigs' kits are listed as to what jigs and what size hook come in the kit, and you can judge jig size in the pic based off of the hook size..... if you thought you were buying something different.... I'm not sure why???

I've been very satisfied with JJ. Having to punch out the eyelets is really no big deal to me. If they came cleaned I would think they would charge more,no? Either way, they have caught me a ton of crappie and perch.

I use a plastic head thumb tack, only takes a second. And for the price, it's not a hassle at all.

Yes

No, but then based on hook size I purchased panfish jigs.

Yes, The eyelets were covered in the base paint color, the detailing appears to be hand painted.

After looking closer at the package I would say it should have been billed as a perch/crappie package, rather than for walleye, bass and pike.

I mostly fish gills, crappie and perch and have done very well with the jigs from JamminJigs. That being said, I am beginning to think some of you did not look closely enough at the product/kit description before hitting the buy button.

Bought some from JJ last year and I'm not overly impressed.  Colors are nice but after a few fish the jig's body slides down  towards the bend.  Had to put a drop of super glue on each jig to stop it.

UP jigstick, seems you would get better results with a friendly contact with the source, so here is an easy link.

Good luck.

Thought I haven't see any confirmation from a moderator or Scott, but my guess would be that there has been a filter added to the software that prevents posting a link to a seller that is not a sponsor.

They've chosen to prevent major icefishing economic threats not minor ones
