while fishing at the Delaware tourney ( or should I say after wards at the LE Hotel) I met the guy who caught the "21 LBS. channel cat out of Huntington" Funny story. I'll tell ya'll when I see you.

Fished Otsego today with BC Shanty. Had a 30 + fish outing. Awesome day!

EC, I'm still in limbo about Huntington this weekend, It may be better next weekend.....I'm still trying to put stuff back together from last weekend's debacle...i may stay local this weekend....still trying to decide...

Great day today on Otsego, Fished with jager61, bigjim223 and "the system", things were going great until the wife called, talked to her for about 10 seconds-then hooked into a decent fish-put the phone on my lap and stood up to fight the fish-forgetting that the phone was on my lap-it slipped off my lap and down the hole-things got better when I reached into the hole up to my elbow to come up empty and wet, when I stood back up-I realized I also lost the fish, so I sat back down and watched my phone sink 155 ft on the vex. I guess jager felt bad about me losing my phone-so he decided to crush his camera by sitting on it.so we lost a phone and a camera-but together we caught over 20 lakers and lost another 10-I'll take a day like that anytime............

nice pics, ostego is beautiful country ..how thick was the ice up there bc? doubtful harriman will reopen after this rain.. yesterdays perch fry was awesome

We will see who we can get together for next weekend.....With the conditions being what they are, I may just say the heck with it for this weekend....or wait until Sunday....and see what the weather brings...

went to glenieda from 7am-1:30 not a flag....was there was 3 buddies each had 5 tip ups in all types of depths and FOW.....only action was jigging on bottom in 60 FOW

ice there is still nice n thick.....nice 10 inches of ice then an inch or so of water with another inch of ice over it....moves as ur feet go on it but it was easy to drill and comfortable to fish on...no slush...marked fish at 60 FOW on bottom. came up to my bait but just never bit it

id be down for huntington had a buddy there the other day 15 flags and 8 fish....all pickerel and bass but atleast some good action

I fished glenmere yesterday afternoon ended up with 3 pickerals
& 8 blue gills

. The ice was good with slushie
ice on top & hard ice on the bottom . I did not measure but guess
maybe 18" thick . I would watch getting on & off the ice now.
