gotta love catch and release fishing..... ;)   yes this fish was alive when released...the blood was from his chin from the gaff...only used a 7" hole   38" long

Went to greenwood today. Not much biting. Caught 1 perch jigging. There was about 40 tip-ups on the ice between everyone and no flags. I guess they just weren't biting today.

ty for the kind reply, it is rare on this board so I noticed! Yeah, nobody was doing in harriman park last couple days.. I suspect a number of factors.. the perch are eating some weird bugs the few I yanked coughed them up.. but I doubt it was a hatch thing.. I think the snow on top might have lowered the light putting them down too. but my casio pathfinder fishing watch kinda told me it is something to do with the fish clock theory. I'm starting to believe this theory after trying so many different spots last two days. I had fish looking at my tandems with spikes and mealies..i tried all glow but it was tough out there. I 'm going to reserach this lunar stuff tonight.

this is a bs board.....gosha, find some of those bugs that they are coughing up and match the hatch with plastics...guarantee you catch alot of fish ;)
