There are 3 main lures I use for eyes. The first and favorite for me on 2 of the lakes I fish in Ohio. The lakes are only 12 ft. or so. The main one is called a vibe. which is a vibrating blade bait.  My favorite colors for that fire tiger orange tiger , orange and gold. anything with orange and startruce. some glows blue and chrome. colors like that. I also like swedish pimples sometimes I tip them with minnows and I use alot of jigging repalas. firetiger, clown, black and chrome, blue and chrome. This should get you started well.

I like most of the Northland fishing tackle lures and jigs. Most of the time I use a bucshot spoon in glow fire tiger or perch.... Happy fishing and good luck!!!

I think this is really going to depend on the lake, water clarity and so on. If I walk into a bait shop on the Bay of Quinte and asked about color.. they guy would say "what part of the bay are you fishing" So in one body of water there are many recomendations

Personally for me, perch colored jigging raps are tops on my list, then copper/gold spoons with some red or orange. Silver spoons with chartreuse would rank 3rd

Red Glow, and Gold are probably my favorites to use. That glow goldfish buckshot has been a good producer for me. Also like the bubblegum color buckshot but cannot for the life of me seem to find any available on the shelves around here.  Oh yeah, and a glow red jigging shad rap has been pretty awesome when the bite is on here!

Hey guys, new kid here. Any tips on the size of the lure?  I am dying to hook into some good Walleye on a rod but always catch myself worrying that my lure selection is wrong.

you should try the lindy rattling spoon.  I have had awesome success on that last year.  colors red, and the blue glow and the silver backed ones with a purple blue on it.  all sizes seem to get me eyes.
