Hello Boys!

Dick's and Field & Stream have been open for a week now.   This weekend is just their "Grand Opening"

They did not have any ice equipment out yet when I was there, or maybe I just missed it.

I wasn't thinkin so much of them having their ice gear out for the opening  ::)... and I hope they don't close before this winter! When the cold weather hits, I hope F+S has a display that is better than Dicks. Sorry, I was thinkin a little ahead.  ;D

We are all thinking ahead to the hard water Mike.  FYI, I believe I received an email indicating Gander Mountain will re-open some stores later this Fall as they were bought out by Camping World.  What they will offer under the re-branding, and whether the Scranton location is one of the stores scheduled to reopen is unknown.   All depends on the lease re-negotiations.

I read in emails from Outdoor World that the only store that might stay open in Pennsylvania is the Williamsport store, the one in Scranton is definitely closed for good and not reopening.

Ive been putting a lot of time in at the hospital with my sick mother inlaw.All i do when im sitting there is watch icefishing videos on UTube!!!
