I see and hear people pulling bass through the ice with regularity. But I have never been able to do it myself. Until today! I’ve fished this pond a dozen times the last few years and never brought a bass out, so when I hooked up I didn’t give any thought that it might be anything other than a trout or bigger crappie.
Also got a couple rainbows and a dink perch and bluegill.
