Nice fish but definitely not 34 inches.  If that was 34 inches then the "Huge Perch" in the above thread is 15inches. lmao 34 inches nice fish though

Paul Smiths is about 12 miles northwest of saranac lake, ny. we catch a lot of fish bigger than that up here. there's no way it can be 34". compare it to derek, his 3 fingers under the belly of the fish are at most 2.5 inches wide, if thats the case then its only 25 inches long. i'm not sayin its not a nice fish though, dont get me wrong. the only reason i'm bringin up the length is to pick on derek and i dont think its as long as he sais it is.

2.5 inches wide, as in all 3 fingers put together side by side=2.5 inches or .83 inches wide per finger. i'm fishin with derek tomorrow night so i can measure them for sure then and let you know
