Lx7. Tried true proven. No other unit comes close to it for speed and separation. I bought a helix for my son while his showdown was getting fixed. Figured he’d keep that and pass on the shiwdown to my other son. We took a little bit and sold the helix after one day. The unit is just not a good unit for anything but walleye. Gps can be obtained numerous other ways and with better units from boats. The showdown is also a very under rated unit. Largely because it doesn’t have pretty flashing lights.
