Peck Ice Conditions
« on: Jan 06, 2005, 02:13 PM »
Looking for an ice condition report for Ft. Peck. Also would like to know what access conditions are like thus far this year. Last year access was a bit tough because of deep snow and closed roads. Thanks in advance for any help that anyone can provide. Plan on coming up first part of February.

Ice: I talked to a guide at Hell Creek last week and was told bays starting to freeze.  Might check in the Montana outdoor radio show site. Some one will have answers>

Judging by how infrequently they update their websites and fishing reports, the business folks in the Fort Peck area don't seem to use the Internet much yet.  Try the old-fashioned method and call Hell Creek Marina (557-2345) or Don's in Lewistown (538-9408).
