This lake hasnt been talked of much this year, good thing? Bad thing? Gonna try and find out.

Can anyone give info on nearest bait shops to the lake with decent selection of jigs and quality bait???

Yes it is a nudist colony in Valparaiso. Lol. Dangerously scary ice fishing nude but be safe and spud.  :)

Mike the only nudist clubs I know of are in Roselawn. I did hear about 1 off Smoke road in Valpo. aS FAR AS BAIT  there is country bait. Only one I know of in route to lotw. GOOD LUCK  Some big eyes in there.

Depends which way you're coming from theirs a bait shop in lapaz on pleasant lake off of 6 and a couple in pierceton and north Webster...

The only bait shop I am aware of is in Walkerton. It is called Anglers Arsenal. I think it is just south of the town on 23. Never been there. Google it for hours

Kelley’s in lake bill on 31 n side of pleasant lake maybe 10 miles north of la Paz (us 6)

There is a nice bait shop between Bremen and Nappanee. From Bremen you go by Burkholder lumber towards Nappanee and it is on the north side of the road.

I spudded the ice and it seemed really tight.  Has anyone been out this week or drilled a hole?  There wasn’t anyone on when I stopped by Tuesday.  Thanks

Some open shore water off ditches north n nw side
One guy out maybe 50 yds @ n end of ruperts
Some open water channel mouths s end of lake
Access looked ok didn’t ck thickness

Drive by today 2 guys bout 50 yds out north end of ruperts 2 guys out couple hundred yds off 4th rd one guy strait across lake from 4th close to shore.
Didn’t aug hole access looked ok
