I'm hesitant to say it will be safe but I fished the upper lake this evening and the ice was still holding up.

I have to ask...what's wrong with the ice on Twin Lakes already? Kinzua is 12" side to side on the arms. Was it thin to start with?

Never mind. I looked again at the locale of the posters, and realize we must be talking about two different Twin Lakes (I was thinking of the one up here in Elk County). Sorry.
