I saw the price at fleet on the vx and that is alot of machine with options for that amout! BTW if you have a mechanical flasher being a vx,lx3 or 5 or any vex or bird out there don't watch any video on a lx-6,7 or 9 cause you will want one...I made the mistake myself and want a 7 badly!!! Having a 5 for a couple weeks now and seeing the others do what it does and added features ...they are a game changer and will have one by next year. Will be going in the boat as well. Great display. That said Lovin every minute with my Marcum lx5

Does anyone have more info on the VX-1 being on sale at "Fleet Farm" for $249?  Quality Farm & Fleet became Family Home & Garden in our area and they don't have them.  Tried Tractor Supply Center doesn't have them either.  I'd like one at that price but can't find the sale you are referring to?  Thanks.

Interesting, they havent used the black cases for along time, guessing it is not even a TC version but the old version...

At one time there was the LX-1, LX-2 and LX-3, 1 and 2 were dropped when the 5 came out about that time all cases went to red with embroiderd logo, that was later dropped to just a basic red case a few years ago and the 1 and 2 became the VX-1p and the old 3 went to the LX-3TC

I think even though it is an older unit the price it is at would be a steal, not a tc unit though.
