I'm anxious to but lets not get carried away, the rut is still over a month off and I have a ton yardwork to do yet(yard was assaulted by Japanese beetles and grubs) plus have been working lots of OT, maybe I'll be able to get one of those Vex cameras.

Japenese beetles were a problem up here for a few years and all of a sudden they went away.  They would be allover the place inside and outside the house.  Google talstar 1 that takes care of them.

I'm talking the green Jap beetle and not the Asian(lady bug looking one) We had asians terrible for about 3 years then they were all but gone last year. These Jap bugs love to eat all kinds of plants then lay eggs in your yard then they hatch into grubs and feast on the grass roots.

I know, just wishfull thinkin,
with all the high water and the o.t at work I didnt get out much this year. hope to make it out more this winter last yr was tuff with all the snow. I really need to get a quad.

Dropped into the upper 20s last night.  Had some frost.  Leaves are really really falling now and icefishing is around the corner.
Less than 2 months till Ice.

I haven't been to your state since the old Trapp Attack days. Love to get back there again some day. The fishing in Boji was outstanding!!!!  I think we were on Emmerson Bay??
