How's the ice guys?

Anyone in central Iowa get out today? I'm off work Monday checking to see if the ice is okay after the rain yesterday.

20 trucks parked on Smiths Bay on West Okoboji at noon today. Rain didn't even clear the snow pack off my drive.

Only had about 8 inces on a couple ponds I fish down here(south central) had a foot or so on some others.  Thought it might have affected it a little more down here.  We didn't have as much snow as you guys did up there.

central iowa ice is good right now(a foot or more on 2 different lakes this past weekend)...it is only going to grow this week!

drove my chevy 1/2 ton all over brushy tonight...did i ever mention how much i love using it as a hut?  marcum on the dash, gps on the visor, jiffy in the backseat, tackle bag on the dash, rods on the passenger seat, and minnow bucket on the passengers floor....

Ice is in wonderful shape in Northern Iowa.  Should be looking at 25+ inches by the end of Feb.
