Lake in the Hills

Can anyone tell me more about Lake in the Hills? Is it private? If not, where can I access the lake at? Is it heavily fished, clear or stained H2O? Also if anyone has ice conditions that would be great! Thanks!

There is a beach off Indian trail you can access.  The water is dirty brown. Been fishing it my entire life it's up and down.  I do best straight off from the beach across from where you will be at the Indian trail beach. U can't really get to that beach from that side of that makes sense.  There are decent fish if u can find them.  Pm me if you have any questions
