Hearty breakfast item

What you will need:
1 pound package of Jimmy Dean Sausage
1 dozen eggs whipped
8oz Sargento shredded cheddar cheese

Brown sausage on med-high in a large skillet until done ( I use a 12" Skillet)
Turn on the oven broiler when the sausage is done (to melt the cheese)

Add whipped eggs.

Stir and scrape until eggs are scrambled to your liking

Remove from heat and sprinkle cheese on top.

Place under broiler until cheese is melted

Salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with your favorite toasted bread product.

I tried to dress it up with some onions and peppers but was informed that everyone prefers it plain, just sausage, egg and cheese.

I like to add some Frank's Red Hot to mine cause that @!#&%! is good on everything! ;D

Good Luck All

Looks like my breakfast most mornings. Whatever meat is leftover, add some jerk seasoning or leave it as what you had, some habaneros (always), an egg and fold in some sharp cheddar at the very end. Mine all goes in a corn tortilla due to gluten intolerance. Oddly, a bit of ketchup is the perfect sauce for my iteration.

Good stuff Joe!

I'll add shredded hash browns after the sausage or bacon(although if I use bacon I will remove it and give it a rough chop then add back just before eggs are cooked) is cooked and let them get some "color" before adding the eggs. I will drain some of the fat out of the pan as well, if things start to stick I'll add some butter.

We've been doing this for years...we like the Hot sausage in ours, along with hash browns and adding salsa or hot sauce after dishing it out.

Looks mighty fine to me. Wish I had something with a group going on right now so I could make some. I agree with some frank's or some salsa would really be the ticket! ;D
