ice fishing for wipers

anybody on here in utah ice fish for wipers looking for some advice on how to catch them any help appreciated.

Welcome to the shanty James.  Haven't heard of targeting them thru the ice. I know there has been some caught but from what I got it was just by chance. I belive they slow way down in the winter and can be difficult to get. Good luck on getting some top side this winter and I'll be definitely interested in how it goes.
