18” of new snow - Lake Trout opens tomorrow

Temps dropped to single digits and very bad roads will limit the people driving up for the opener. Only the wilderness lakes are opening - the non-wilderness lakes open in 2 weeks. The only way until then is to trudge the kit in.

Also, no motors are allowed and that means drills on the augers are outlawed in the wilderness lakes.

BUT, Livescope is legal 🤓.
