Replacement Flags?
« on: Sep 18, 2006, 05:48 AM »
Hello, I got some new HT flags for my tips and they came with some rings(almost like a lockwasher) and was wondering how I'm supposed to attach these things.  Thanks, MIke

I replace some of those same flags last year. I didn't know how they wanted them installed with those rings. I used a hot glue gun and it worked great. I'm pretty sure that's how they were originally put on anyway.

2inchofice,  I don't think anyone knows how to use those rings. I do like Bean says and use hot glue. I also have a roll of flour. orange duct tape I use when I let a friend use them. I rubber band the regular flags and put the tape on the shaft to put his name and add. on them to keep the CO's happy. not perm. so I can display my name later.
