Fun on Winni

Hit winni today and got a few. I caught my first cusk on Tuesday and two more today on the jig rod mid day. I got three Lakers also today.

 Congrats digs looks like a good day.
What as the ice like? Planning on making a run towards the north end for Saturday.
 Cusk on a jig rod looks like a blast. And they eat well too.

Ice was holding up got softish towards the end of the day. Saw some sleds out there.

Those are some great looking official, unofficial spring fish. Keep up THE good work wish I could make it out once more.

Yeah, Sat is the last day for ice fishing the big lakes.
Still, there are others bodies of water that are still fishable, as long as they are not trout/salmon designated waters.

I may try again next weekend, if the weather is agreeable!

Oh I know last season I think the 10th was my last day out. Ice fishing in shorts and a t-shirt is great

Nothing wrong with that! Not the Lakeville area for us tomorrow but definitely a spot where we are going to see numbers and hopefully a 7 plus.
