Not receiving notifications

Hey all just wanted to see if anyone anyone​ else has had this problem. I don't get notifications sent to my phone or do I get PMS go to my phone throw email also I have double checked my email is wright and everything is set up wright on my profile any help would be great also this has been going on since last year  ice fishing

I have had the same problem ever since joining this site, I have checked and re checked my settings, asked for help but still nothing......

Click on profile, go to modify profile and then go down the drop down menu to notifications and check off the boxes.
