Frabill makes two nice insulated bait buckets, one with an aerator and one without. The nice thing about these is the bucket is plastic and has the foam insulation inside so it's protected.Without the aerator at Walmart for $9.96https://www.walmart.com/ip/8-qt-Foam-Bait-Bucket/50163553With the aerator at Walmart for S20.96:https://www.walmart.com/ip/Frabill-Dual-Bait-Bucket-with-Clip-on-Aerator-and-Storage-Compartment-Built-in-the-Lid/51048949Frabill / Walmart has a new insulated bait bucket with the aerator built into the lid. It's called the Frabill Dual Bait Bucket.The Engel units (13 or 19 quarts) are nice but a bit pricey and the interior is a dark grey which makes seeing shiners very difficult.For a large group the Igloo 5 gallon is a nice option. It has a lift off top and it can double as a seat.
Just picked this up at Target $122 gallons, with a screw on lid, thought I'd try it.. Seems like the perfect size for me..(Image removed from quote.)<°)))>{
I tried this style - threads froze up and couldn't get the lid off - just when the crappie came thru
LOL, that's exactly what I did The lid no fit no more...
Try Vaseline on the threads or on bucket lids. Works every time.
