Need Help finding Eskimo Part
« on: Dec 04, 2020, 01:19 PM »
Broke a piece of cast metal on my 8" propane auger. Wondering if there are sites that sell parts of the powerhead? Eskimo will only sell me the whole motor and not parts to it.

First thing I'd do is call around the small engine repair places that work on augers. Crack a cylinder, ya toss the whole jug. Same with a case, or entire powerhead. Heck, ya might even get one for nothin'.

Attached pics of the broken piece and the model number of the motor.

It is currently at a small motor shop and the mechanic is even having issues finding the piece.

Thank you for trying to help. It is the piece above the clutch drum though. It is circled in red in the pic above.

Appreciate the help
