12 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup good sour cream
1 tsp taco seasoning mix
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp red pepper
1/8 tsp smoked chipotle pepper
1/2 cup of chunky salsa
bowl of shredded lettuce (2-3 cups)
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
1 cup shredded jack or mexican cheese
1/2 cup diced, drained plum tomatoes
1/2 cup diced black olives
1/3 cup chopped green onion tops
sliced jalepenos to taste
12" flour tortilla
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and seasonings; mix slowly until blended. Fold in salsa. Spread on tortilla, top with lettuce, then the remaining ingredients. Serve with your choice of tortilla chips.
