Chipper Blades On My Hand Auger?
« on: Jan 21, 2022, 01:12 PM »
Well, I got chipper blades for my hand auger today because thats all they had at the store. Anyone have experience with this or is it gonna take me forever to drill a hole? I figure it'll work out fine but I guess we'll see in the morning. Anythings better then the old blades I had.

Thanks!

If you are talking about the blades with the slits in them, they actually cut easier.
It's stupendous!  It's colossal!  It's putrid!!

Yup I am. The kind of serrated looking ones. Only seen the shaver kind for hand augers before, but I had a feeling they'd work fine. Thanks

I've had the SM power auger blades on a hand Lazer, and they cut just fine. I really couldn't tell any difference.
