Looks great, the fan is a great idea, just one or do you have plans for more?
I have 12v cabin fans behind the wood stove and another on the ceiling near the door to keep the heat down.
makes a big difference.

Still working on it. Lots of details. Don't want any drafts on my butt, taped the joints. Fabbed up the monitor mount for the camera feed. Runners will be done on Wed at the metal shop. Some things are better farmed out. The electrical, insulate the floor and install windows still to be done
