Starke / Pulaski
« on: Jan 18, 2019, 02:07 PM »
Checked a few lakes in starke / Pulaski county today . Bass lake was completely locked up , but the spots I checked only had a inch and a half of very sketchy ice looks like mostly frozen snow ! The other lakes I checked was very wet and slushy with about the same quality of ice. Really hoping the snow they're calling for brings this wind with it and keeps most of the snow off the ice and let's these cold temps do it's magic I'm going to check again next Wednesday.

Thanks for the report. I believe I am waiting till Feb. I would rather be safe than wet.
