« on: Feb 09, 2022, 07:56 AM »
besides  walking  my transpertation  on sandy pond and  oneida was  a 69  bomber .....  was light  and  started as long as you had a can of   strating fluid and a strong arm

i drove it till the track fell off  and it vibrated so bad i had to  carry wrnches to  tighten the motor mounts lol

this isn't my sled  but they all looked alike lol

I think I had one just like that   It was a wreck when I got it and I used it until it just fell apart  never was much of a sled fan  that was the only one I ever had

The antiques that got me out there are my legs. I ain't gonna post any pictures as they are old and full of varicose veins.
It's stupendous!  It's colossal!  It's putrid!!

Never tried a spoon auger .... I'm assuming they don't work as well as the regular ones ??

They actually work quite well. I've got one. Little extra work, but can be good. But it requires work which of course....

My Dad gave me a Mora ice auger 42 years ago when I was 12.....still the only auger i use!!!  I also had a 72 Ski Doo Elan 250....that sled was the perfect icefishing sled.

Funny i never thought some of my gear were antiques!! LOL
