« on: Mar 26, 2007, 08:42 PM »
Does anyone know the condition on Pelican, Deer lake res. and Pineview lake. Can boats be launch from boat ramps and be trolled, or jig. Thanks for any information.

As of Sunday, Pineview was wide open and boats were launching from the boat ramp.  I will be up there this weekend.

Jordanelle , Deer Creek , Starvation , Flaming Gorge , Echo , Rockport , Pineview , Mantua , Yuba , Newton , Hyrum , and East Canyon all have soft ice (open water ) . I haven't heard any reports from the Basin but I'm sure Pelican , and Red Fleet are open also . Sorry I don't come hear much now since the ice is leaving but Strawberry is still 20" with slush on it .

You can add Bear Lake to the list of no ice now . It is about 90% ice free with some ice floating around .

A little birdie told me the edges are open on Scofield Res. Soon Strawberry will follow and I hope to be there . Tight Lines everyone .
