Howdy Kyle,
I've had some PK Lures Flutterfish for 3 years. I have cast, trolled and jigged off docks and jigged through ice holes, All without bait, which spoils the action. I've found you just can't keep the fish off these lures. The fish I've caught are, perch, trout and smallies. They are very much intended for walleye, which I haven't found yet, and have produced some records. If you feel the need for bait, make it very small, like a maggot or 1/4" of worm. Some scent oil may also help give you confidence. I strongly suggest going to their web site and watch ALL the videos that relate to ice. PK Lures doesn't make any dud lures, they are deadly. Good luck.    ;)2
